Jana’s personal training and group fitness classes focus on core strength and balance. She brings over 7 years of experience in strength, endurance, power and high-intensity training to all of her sessions. Jana has training in Slovakia, her home country, as well as in the USA and now in Canada. She loves teaching group fitness classes such as Jumping, Taebo, Tabata, HIIT, Boot Camp, TRX Training and Circuit training. Jana’s love and passion for fitness and movement started as a little girl when she attended a dance school. She learned about posture and body alignment while working on flexibility and stability. In university, she competed and won many Aerobic competitions. Loving fitness so much and the positive energy she receives from it, Jana wants to share the benefits with all people. “IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN DO IT!” (Walt Disney)

As a club manager, I am here not only to inspire our members to make their health and wellness a priority, but to provide them with the education and motivation needed to help them delve into health practices that promote self-care and conscious living. As a professional soccer player and swimmer, I have enjoyed many years of sports. Although my clients' progress has always been my top priority during my 16 years as a personal trainer, after completing my Ph.D. in Sports Sciences, I have put more emphasis on functional exercises that help my clients do their daily activities easily and without any injuries. Using these exercises not only improves the quality of life of ordinary people, but also helps professional athletes simulate the movement patterns they use during competition and prevent injury.By focusing more on fitness components, especially cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and body composition, and improving posture, my mission is to improve my clients' quality of life and athletic performance.

As captain of his Junior hockey team, Logan spent a lot of his time coaching youth programs on and off the ice. Fitness involves a combination of Kinesiology, Physiology, Psychology and Physics with each individual’s needs and goals. I train a variety of clients from gym newcomers to athletic and performance oriented individuals training for triathlons, Tough-Mudder and other competitions. The clients who need my skills the most are those suffering from medical conditions and the aging population who require special considerations while safely progressing through an exercise program. My clients include those who suffer from Arthritis, Cardiovascular Disease, Parkinson’s and older adults who want to train for longevity by staying strong, stable and flexible.

Nousha Vahidi

Nousha’s inner light sparked 25 years ago after falling in love with an illustrated book of asanas. Yoga has been an intimate companion during her journey in life ever since.After completing her 200 hour teacher training in 2009 at Newport Yoga, Nousha’s craving to learn more about yoga grew. She continually attends workshops and events to deepen her practice as a life-long student.Her classes are a blend of focusing on alignment, and powering the body through breath. Using various breathing techniques fuels the flow of each class.Discipline, laughter, and calmness is what you are going to experience in her classes.
