Dr. Foreman completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and completed his Medical Degree from University of Texas in Houston. He then completed a pediatric internship at Driscoll Children's Hospital, Corpus Christi, TX, followed by his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. "Unfortunately my encounter with Dr. Guerra was awful that it requires a review, something I don't typically do. Because of his carelessness of my symptoms, he attempted to discharge me after misdiagnosing me. I tried challenging him and his medical opinions - given my medical background, and I knew was not medically ready to go home. I had to go to a second hospital who confirmed what I already knew and contradicted Dr. Guerra's diagnosis. Had I allowed him to continue to "care" for me or go through with his discharge, my outcome could have been worse. He does not listen to his patients, does not care to do specific tests or actually treat patients proactively. If you want to live, or want your family to live, avoid this physician at all costs. "
