Get ready for an electrifying experience at PSU Boston, where innovation meets expertise and inspiration takes center stage. We are thrilled to announce that Jason Springel, the renowned PowerSchool Evangelist, will be gracing our event as a keynote presenter! With an impressive 19-year tenure at PowerSchool, Jason has become a living embodiment of the PowerSchool ethos. At PSU, you’ll have the opportunity not only to hear Jason speak live but also to tap into the wealth of knowledge he shares regularly as the charismatic host of the PowerSchool Insider podcast.
PSU Social Event
Join us for a dinner cruise on Tuesday, July 9 for an opportunity to relax and socialize with your fellow PowerSchool users. The Spirit of Boston is newly-renovated and docks a short 9-minute walk from the Omni Boston. The ship features three interior climate controlled dining decks and two exterior observation decks, buffet-style dining, and an onboard DJ and interactive games throughout the yacht.
- 6:00-7:00 PM: Ship Boarding
- 7:00-9:00 PM: Spirit of Boston Dinner Cruise
- 9:00 PM: Ship Docks
The dress code for the Spirit of Boston is collared shirts, blouses, sports coats, slacks, and dresses.
- All PSU attendees must RSVP for the social event
- The cost of this event is included in your PSU Boston registration
- Attendees may bring a single guest for the discounted rate of $125
To sign up for or decline this event, go to My Events, then My Registrations and click RSVP under Exclusives. The cost of this event is included with your PSU tuition. There is no additional cost for your participation in the social event.
If you wish to bring a single guest, you must RSVP by June 16 by selecting Attending with Guest and providing their name. Guest tickets are available at the rate of $125, payable in advance via CVENT.
All attendees and guests must be 21 or older.

Attire – What to Wear
PowerSchool University is casual, so please wear what is comfortable to you. Keep in mind that temperatures in the meeting spaces can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a sweater and dressing in layers.
Conference Check Out
If you borrowed a device, please return it during check out time between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the last day of the event.
Certificate of Participation
A Certificate of Participation will be made available to all participants on Customer Education Campus. Instructions for accessing the certificate will be sent via email at the conclusion of the event.
Hotel Information
PSU Boston sessions and meals take place at the Omni Boston at the Seaport. We’ve arranged a nightly discount rate of $265 + tax.
Book your room at the preferred rate by Friday, June 14 using the dedicated PSU online reservation site or call 617.476.6664 or 800.849.6664. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Reservations received after Friday, June 14 may not receive the discount conference rate and will be accepted based on availability
- A credit card deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual reservation
- Want to extend your stay? The preferred rate is available three days prior and three days after the event, based on availability
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am
Travel Information
Traveling to PSU Boston via Boston Logan Airport (BOS) Recommended Airport is the Boston Logan Airport (BOS), approximately 4 miles from the Omni Boston at the Seaport.
Parking is available at the Omni Boston at the Seaport for overnight guests at the rate of $47 per car per night for self-parking or $57 per car per night for valet. For drive-in guests, parking is available at the rate of $32 per car per day for self-parking or $47 per car per day for valet.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, please email psu@powerschool.com as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Friday, June 7, 2024. Any cancellation request received after this date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend and do not cancel your request, you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
